Delete your Tunnel Field Engineer AI account

You can permanently delete your account and the data associated with it from the app, or request deletion without reinstalling the app.

Delete from the app

Open Tunnel Field Engineer AI and sign in.
Open your profile or account settings.
Select “Delete account” and confirm the request.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address linked to your account. Use “Account deletion request” as the subject. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.

What will be deleted

Your authentication account and profile.
Cloud cases, conversations and saved technical context associated with your account.
Photos, voice notes and documents uploaded to those cases.
Account preferences and app-specific entitlement records.

Retention and subscriptions

Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. Limited security records and backup copies may remain for up to 90 days. Records that must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes are kept only for the required period.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play before deleting the account.
